The following rules apply to withdrawing your winnings from Pokok:

• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal of ৳500 is available via any supported payment method.
• Verification: Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing Time: Processing is typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus Balance: Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Restrictions: Daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 and weekly withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.

• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawals from bonus funds are only permitted after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses not used within 30 days of being issued will expire.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Bets placed with bonus funds on live games typically count at 20%.
• One Bonus at a Time: No more than one bonus may be active at any given time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pokok platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information
• Abusing the bonus system (including bonus arbitrage)
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game software
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Processing transactions through a third party
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful transfer of funds
• Harassing or intimidating other members
• Spreading false information about the platform
